1.1. All our carpets are unique, handcrafted items. As such, there may be minor variations in colour, size, and pattern. We make every effort to display descriptions and images as accurately as possible. 1.2. All products are subject to availability. As our items are one-of-a-kind, an item is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Placing an Order

2.1. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not an acceptance of your order. 2.2. A binding contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email. 2.3. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). 3.2. You must notify us of your intent to cancel in writing (e.g., by email). 5.3. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. 5.4. Return Costs: You are responsible for the full cost of return shipping, which must be via a tracked and insured service. 5.5. Condition: Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value if the item is returned damaged or used.

6. Refunds

6.1. We will process your refund (including the original standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 6.2. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. 6.3. Faulty Goods: If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange for a return at our expense and provide a full refund.

7. Liability

7.1. Our total liability to you for any breach of these Terms is limited to the total value of the order you placed. 7.2. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
